After 42 years of absence in which the fans wondered if they would ever see it again, the 2012 Mustang Boss 302 finally made its comeback. According to Ford officials the reasons why this model took so much to be made was due to the high expectations that everybody had on it. The boss is one of the most beloved race cars of all time. The reason for it is due to the fact that back in its days of glory is was one of the most performing cars of that time. Nowadays under the hood of the new Boss lies a monster that powers the car with 444 hp. The high-performance 5.0-liter, four-valve Ti-VCT V8 with aluminum block and heads can deliver 7,500 rpm and 380 lb.-ft. at 4,500 rpm of torque. It has a fuel capacity of 86 gallons AND A8.5 quarts with filter oil capacity.

As far as handling goes the 2012 Mustang Boss 302 is equipped with the latest technologies in order to adapt to any kind of race conditions. The front suspension features an Independent MacPherson strut with strut tower brace, manual adjustable strut damping while the seconds one features a 25-mm stabilizer bar and manual adjustable shock damping. The shock absorbers are fully available which means that the suspension can be modified in order to perform better on certain specific race tracks.

When it comes to the interior the Boss also has an unmistakable touch of its old glory. Furthermore the comfort of the driver is of utmost importance. The rear seat delete with stabilizer brace for increased torsional rigidity are ideal in order to provide a comfortable yet thrilling driving experience.
